The Ministry of Trainers
  • Ministry of Education - focuses on training and educating new and veteran members.
  • This is a dedicated team tasked with building training materials and learning aids to further understand Sol.

Training Manager
  • Description:
    • The training manager is responsible for making sure the entire populace is properly educated in all aspects of Sol and that all series are properly trained and equipped for their ranks.
  • Expectation:
    • They are expected to help guide trainers in building an effective and efficient curriculum that promotes and maintains the culture and proficiency of Sol. 

A Series Trainer
  • Description:
    • The A Series Trainer is to advise and inspire the A SERIES on their next steps, whether that be on their own individual goals or their ambitions on how to improve Sol Invictus.
  • Expectation:
    • To be able to communicate effectively,
    • To be able to train and inform efficiently,
    • Create an informative, yet engaging curriculum,
    • To consistently be a mentor and advisor to the Series below,
    • They should be a role-model for their Series,
    • Have a significant amount of knowledge of Sol Invictus, past and present,
    • Be punctual,
    • To be able to work closely alongside fellow trainers,
    • To require more complex thought processes, on the impact of actions on membership.

D Series Trainer
  • Description:
    • The D Series Trainer is to keep D SERIES up-to-date on information and will be used as a guiding factor on their newfound pathway. The selected A SERIES will be acting as a mentor toward the D SERIES, being their go-to figure regarding issues or questions.
  • Expectation:
    • To be able to communicate effectively,
    • To be able to train and inform efficiently,
    • Create an informative, yet engaging curriculum,
    • To consistently be a mentor and advisor to the Series below,
    • They should be a role-model for their Series,
    • Have a greater amount of knowledge of Sol Invictus, past and present,
    • Be punctual,
    • To be able to work closely alongside fellow trainers,
    • To be able to start connecting more complexity within scenarios and situations.

L Series Trainer
  • Description:
    • The L Series Trainer is to update, inform and guide new and existing L SERIES on Sol’s policies, expectations, and career pathways that they may not have received or heard of as a V SERIES.
  • Expectation: 
    • To be able to communicate effectively,
    • To be able to train and inform efficiently,
    • Create an informative, yet engaging curriculum,
    • To consistently be a mentor and advisor to the Series below,
    • They should be a role-model for their Series,
    • Have a general amount of knowledge of Sol Invictus, past and present,
    • Be punctual,
    • To be able to work closely alongside fellow trainers.
    • To be patient,
    • To be allowing for mistakes.
V Series Guide
  • Description:
    • The V Series Guide is to coach and inform the V series of their expectations in Sol, including what to expect at draft, as well as what being a Solarian entails.                   
  • Expectation:
    • To be able to communicate effectively.
    • Create an informative, yet engaging curriculum
    • They should be a role-model for their Series.
    • Have a greater amount of knowledge of Sol Invictus, past and present,
    • Be punctual,
    • To be patient,
    • To be allowing for mistakes.
    • To be a positive influence on the community.



Bylaws
  • Communication
    • Trainers must ensure they communicate any absence they may endeavor to allow time for another trainer to jump in,
    • Trainers must be able to communicate ideas effectively, to be able to produce high-quality ideas,
    • Trainers must be able to voice concerns in an area of any work submitted,
    • Trainers must be able to speak up if they are feeling overwhelmed.
  • Punctuality
    • Trainers must always produce work of the highest quality,
    • Trainers must always produce work on time,
    • Trainers must have materials created, and submitted for the Training Manager before used in sessions,
    • Trainers must always be on time for the training sessions and meetings.
  • Progression
    • Trainers should always be aiming to progress their own knowledge of Sol,
    • Trainers must ensure progression of knowledge for the individuals partaking in the sessions is prioritized,
    • Trainers must understand that individuals aren't all at the same receptive rates of taking in information from others, so must adapt learning styles to help others progress.
  • Inclusivity
    • Trainers should ensure all their sessions are inclusive and fit for all,
    • Trainers must ensure all voices are heard, and not subjective to excluding individuals for needing more time and patience given.
  • Stability
    • To ensure stability, Trainers of the rank being trained should still be in attendance at the session to increase the knowledge they need,
    • The Training Manager is a support aid for those Trainers who need advice on their training methods,
    • Each Trainer should abide by the bylaws, with changes only occurring if all Trainers agree to do so,
    • Trainers must stay in their lane, and not overstep a Trainer above, or below.
